Formerly the home of oilman Waite Phillips, the Philbrook Museum of Art is an historic villa restored to preserve the grandeur of the 1920s. Nestled in one of Tulsa's oldest neighborhoods, Philbrook owns more than 8,500 works of art, including Italian renaissance art, classical and Oriental pieces, contemporary indoor and outdoor sculptures, and extensive Native American collections.

Gilcrease Museum is home of the world's largest and most comprehensive collection of fine art, artifacts and archives that tells the story of the Americas. The Museum's permanent collection features more than 10,000 paintings, drawings, prints and sculptures by 400 of the most prominent American artists. Among the artists featured in this impressive collection are Frederic Remington, Charles M. Russell, Thomas Moran and George Catlin.
